Subscription

If you need to change your address, you can log into your account and update your address under the manage subscription option.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you recieve a defective item, please email us at hello@sensifybox.com with photos and details of the defect.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact us at hello@sensifybox.com, we can assist you in filing a claim or helping to locate your package.

Sensify is not responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses. Be sure to check you information at the time your order is placed.

If you sign up for a subscription you will be charged at the time of check out for your first box. New themed boxes are relased every two months. You will then be charged the 17th of the month leading up to the new theme.

If you complete a one time or a prepaid purchase you are charged at checkout.

If you need to change your billing information you can log into your account and update your information by clicking the icon in the top right corner to the left of the shopping bag. After clicking, log in with your information and change your necessary information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Your subscription will automatically renew.

If you would like to cancel please visit the FAQ questions that reads: "How do I cancel my membership?"

You can cancel at any time through your portal. You must cancel before the 17th of the month or you will be auto charged for another order. If you cancel after the 17th of the month, there are no refunds. Your last order will be ship the following month.

Shipping

Subscription orders will be shipped by the 24th. One-time and first-time orders are shipped by the 24th of each month. Subscription orders will be shipped every two months.

New themed boxes will arrive during/before the first week of: February, April, June, August, October, and December

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number. When shipped it can take 2-8 days to arrive. Shipping rates vary by location.

Sensify primarily uses USPS.

No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We currently are only shipping within the United States.

Please contact us at hello@sensifybox.com. When packages are shipped please allow 24-48 hours for the mail company to scan your package to activate your tracking number.
