We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly encourage you keep your tracking number, this will help you file a claim. If you package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim or potentially locate your package.
Our shipping costs vary by location. When your order ships it should arrive in 2-8 business days. Orders are shipped the 17th of the month. Subscription are shipped every 2 months (December 2022, February, April, June, August, October, December 2023).
Sensify is not responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses. Customers must ensure that their address is correct when completing their order and/or ensuring it is correct in the subscription portal.
